"What is a podcast and how do I sign up for this one?"
Podcasts are free, automatic downloads of videos and audio recordings. You subscribe to a podcast in a program like iTunes, and whenever there is a new recording, it automatically downloads onto your computer.
To subscribe to our podcast:

- Step 2: Click here to subscribe to the Allies of Humanity Podcast. When iTunes asks if you want to subscribe, click "Yes" to accept the subscription.
- Step 3: That's it! Whenever iTunes is running, it will look for new audio or video episodes from the Allies of Humanity Podcast. Usually, it only downloads the last episode, so you may want to go into your "preferences" (From the menubar, select "Edit", then "Preferences". Then click the "Podcast" tab and select to "Download All" when new episodes are found.
