During the September 2008 Study Group meeting, the participants listened to a recording entitled Resisting the Intervention from NewMessage.org. Please listen to the recording before responding.
What did you hear, and what does it mean for you?
The message is an enormous prescription.
In spite of all that is happening and coming, Knowledge is the greatest power in the Universe. We have it within us. In order to resist the Intervention, we must turn more to Knowledge, acting from that. This is both the need and the opportunity.
Your soul cannot be captured.
God values human life and the human family. Our spark of spirit and our spiritual heritage, no matter how distorted they became, are God's gifts to us. Our spirituality, rare in the universe, is our contribution to make, and why our freedom must be preserved, so that we can contribute this to other worlds who don't have this.
I found the discourse really hopeful. It gave me a real burst of courage and determination and “by-gollyness.”
Our spiritual family has been dealing with this dark force everywhere. It's not just a human problem. The reclamation of freedom goes on everywhere. It's a condition of physical life. "I will not be turned" becomes our rallying cry.
Our parents knew something when they told us, "Do not take gifts from strangers."

The importance of one's soul to Earth existence and resisting the Intervention is somewhat comforting. The increase in secularism and disbelief of soul existence is disconcerting. Looking upon the public education system which supports the secularist approach, the young people of today are not being properly "armed" with the tools to resist the Intervention.
Resisting the Intervention could just be the right mechanism to unite the world's many peoples. Living on this beautiful and wonderful planet, in and of itself, despite the hardships of war and corrupt governments, is one thing that we all have in common.

Brought up heavily Catholic, heavily involved with almost all Prostestant/Orthodox/Eastern faiths as church musician and student of religions/spirituality/etc., I find America's constitution and Bill of Rights to be the closest ideas of freedom of conscience and liberty and the epitome of the human spirit of any religious man-made dogma. We were lucky to have been exposed to that (hoping it isn't shredded altogether by our present "leaders".)
As long as I hurt no entity in my actions and speech, I am FREE to think, say and do what I feel in my heart, that "deep" place you speak of, that wisdom and clarity known by living, studying history, seeing people and situations from many points of view, NOT from manipulation and deceit. That same inner energy to protect one's privacy and freedom of thought, that internal eternal quest, THAT is humanity reaching for the higher good, called "God" if you like. THIS is our strength to use in any situation on this planet or in the universe with any entity whatsoever.
I think we could point out to the non-spiritual Intervention that if we are THAT valuable to them regarding our biological diversity, they will miss the point altogether by manipulating us, because then we won't have that strife, longing and energy for freedom and unquenchable push for creating "life"....and then we are not human. So then the Intervention loses the whole ball game.
When we defend (by speaking out and intelligently explain) our individual God-given rights of liberty, equality, honesty, integrity, honor, existence and freedom of conscience, we will win our right to exist and clean up our world as well, a double bonus, so to speak.

As ever, I heard a message of great challenge, and also of great hope. At this time, the risk that the Intervention can manipulate the current "environment of difficulty and hopelessness" stood out - we face so many multiplying challenges that we "...have our backs to the Universe". While we face and overcome these challenges on Earth, we must simultaneously keep up our guard and speak out against the Intervention - a hard task, as our nature tends to wish to simplify and choose one thing to focus on.
But while the Great Waves are in many ways a terrible risk for humanity, this message also made me wonder if they might not have a silver lining. I feel that the coming adversity will bring a great resurgence of human traditions, of human religions, of renewed human leadership - all of which will strengthen us greatly against the Intervention.
And we must continue to mobilise and speak out against the Intervention, because resistance to it offers a further great opportunity for human unity.
So perhaps the message I take away is that we can go from vicious circle to virtuous cycle - if we strengthen our Knowledge of God and accept our destiny in the world at this challenging time.

I decided years ago that I was not going to vote in the elections, unless it was for a renegade that was anti-Illuminati, who we know won't be in the race for long. The elections are phony. This reading on resisting the Intervention was validation for me to not be part of their "Divide and Conquer" techniques to keep us separate and fighting, thinking we actually are going to be pawns in their desire to get us to fight their wars, and it's so obvious it's about control of the oil and other resources.
I'm glad to know about this venue to learn more about how we can work together in consciousness to become stronger. When I saw the Pixar movie "Antz" years ago, I saw the reality that was being portrayed. Also their latest movie "Wall-e" was very demonstrative of the control techniques we are being "mesmerized" with.
Time to wake people up to what's happening! I'm emailing this out to some people to start sharing this information. So important to know that there's a lot of us, just a few of them, and together and united we will remain free in body, mind and spirit, for the benefit of the entire Universe.

Greed may be the achilles heel of humanity. It is seen in finance and politics. This greed is leveraged at the top of the human community by the richest and most powerful people because of their degree of control.
I can see that outsiders would want to intervene in the affairs of man by dealing with the elite at the top of the human pyramid. Some of these people would probably sell out humanity into a condition of slavery as long as they could share in the control.
This makes me wonder in the current environment if we can trust our leaders at the top. Do these people really speak for the American people or are they just bailing out the big bankers who get more control out of the proposed 700B$ bailout?
Do these people work for us or for the intervening aliens??

What I can hear from this Message "Resisting the Intervention" is that
1) We are lucky, first, to live in a beautiful and biologically wealthy planet and secondly, our planet is in a very controlled part of the Universe, so that it cannot be overtaken by means of force by the collectives.
2) We are behaving like teenagers playing with newfound freedom and powers, irresponsible of the harm we can create on the environment and to ourselves as a human race. We lack wisdom and are full of unfulfilled partial desires. That makes us easily subjugated by false promises of more technological and even spiritual powers from other races more concentrated in their goal of taking control of the human mental environment. We are like teenagers who challenge one another for who would be the best, who would have the most beautiful shoes, jackets ... and when we do not get what we want, it is, of course, never our fault but the neighbor's. That makes us lose faith in humanity. It is easier to follow a smiling stranger who shows magical "powers" than to take resposibility for our acts and learn about cooperation with our fellow ones. That demands Wisdom, Humility, Responsibility, Courage, Commitment, a readiness to learn about Knowledge by taking the preparation "Steps to Knowledge" given by The Creator of all life.
3) The Creator of all life cares for the FREEDOM and the SOVEREIGNTY of all races in the universe. He/She wants us to discover our intrinsic connection with Him/Her and then serve others in doing so. That is His/Her Calling to all intelligent lives throughout the Universe in all time and all places. This Calling is heard by and IS the Deeper Mind in all of us called Knowledge. It is His/Her Gift to protect us, to guide us in the face of the Great Waves of Change and the Intervention, to enable us to enter into meaningful relationships so that our destiny at the soul and heart level is fullfilled in the world. The great journey of evolution and service can then expand to other levels.

I heard some very concerned beings from another place in this Galaxy communicating a warning to Humanity against the predators who are working to basically enslave the population of the world for their own self-interested ends. They are telling us that we need to wake up and use Knowledge, a much deeper Knowledge than our Intellect allows. They are imparting a picture of deception by a handful of beings and that Humanity will need to start to become discerning and not be fooled by their attempted manipulations.
I have to thank them for their extreme care, for without it we would have only the faintest chance to free ourselves. This does indeed help me as I am pursuing Knowledge and have pursued Knowledge for a long time. I KNOW what they are talking about and it is immensely empowering. I have much preparation in this way to do.

I feel that our attitudes towards the issue of Intervention, the way in which each of us comes to these attitudes and acts upon them needs constant review. To truly arrive at Knowing something, (that can be felt and discerned from information not of your own, "Knowledge" you did not formulate based on opinions of others) one must maintain their attitude and be prepared to abandon it as Knowledge grows and evolves.
I believe that a wealth of Knowledge exists within ourselves and our bodies and that Knowledge comes to all in inspired states. Discernment is needed everywhere. And our attitude is a reflection of how well we do it.
There is so much out there to distract you and confuse that some quality time away from the hustle and bustle, spent alone with Mother Nature is ennormesly beneficial in centering yourself and shedding detrimental perspectives.

I heard a message that has been with me for a while and that violence is not the key. Also that we, the people of this earth, have either taken part in, allowed or sat by the side-lines and witnessed the destruction that we have created. I think that if what I do as an individual can make a difference, then great. But some very stubborn people don't think that we have created any destruction at all.
I know that God's message seems to be screaming at me sometimes to stop and think. Sometimes it is a calm quiet voice that tells me, "You know better than that." In all, the revelation of the message is so simple and quite clear. God loves us all and to those who will listen there is a simple message, "What I have been so blessed by God with, NOTHING OR NO ONE CAN EVER TAKE AWAY" because it will always be in my heart and in my head.

Here are some notes that were taken during the Study Group as we listened to "Resisting the Intervention" that I feel important to share with everyone. This is what we all CAN do and NEED to do:
This is not a visitation, but an Intervention; recognize this is nothing more than competition from beyond.
Refuse the offerings of the Intervention. Do not accept foreign technology.
Develop a relationship with Knowledge, the deeper mind within you. Knowledge and Wisdom give you strength and integrity.
Assert your will and determination to be a free race in the Universe.
Stop transmitting into space.
End conflicts, divisions between peoples and nations; set aside war.
Forge unity and cooperation.
End the overuse and misuse of the natural world; preserve resources.
Do not lose faith in humanity; do not become dejected or resigned.
Resist persuasion. Do not think the Intervention will save humanity.
Establish our own Rules of Engagement.
Resist hopelessness. Do not think you are powerless in the face of the Intervention.
Stabilize our population.
Confront the fact that we are facing competition.
Fight resource depletion.
See the Intervention as the Greater Darkness in the world.
Recognize the danger and respond appropriately.
Use our native skills of discernment.
Learn the historical lessons of Intervention.
Acknowledge we are the native peoples of the world.
Recognize the Intervention.
Do not be fooled by promises and offers.
Fight dejection and resignation.
Exert our will that we will not be dominated.
Do not accept technological seductions.
Do not allow human leadership to be undermined.
We need skill in the mental environment and wisdom from the Greater Community.
Our foundation must be in Knowledge, the mind that God has placed within us.
Become educated about the realities of the Greater Community.
Gain clarity, certainty, responsibility and strength.
Speak out against the Intervention!
Become strong with Knowledge.
Do not accept gifts from strangers.
Foster awareness, education and inner certainty.
Foster freedom.
Grow civilization and make it strong.
Emphasize creativity and our Divine nature.
We are not powerless.
We do not need to be saved by the Intervention.
Do not deny the lessons and wisdom of history.
Watch your skies.
Check the activity of the Intervention.
Remove the veil of secrecy to expose its secrecy and false promises.
Use your advantage with all your might and determination.
Nurture and protect freedom.

Humanity is attaining a state of maturity; it is a coming of age. However, it is not clear nor assured that humanity will successfully transgress the threshold it has reached. Most of humanity is unaware of any danger, unaware of the existence of the Greater Community, unaware of the point of no return it has reached.
People insist on preserving themselves within their alloted area, i.e. their city, their nation, their language. They are unaware of the importance of recognizing global citizenship, not to mention universal citizenship. The scale of the thing is simply beyond most people's (willingness to) grasp.
It is great that there is a New Message; however, it is I and others who have to make things happen. Great activity must be undertaken if the Intervention is to be resisted, opposed and repelled. We cannot count on others getting things done. If fact, we should come to understand that if we don't do it, it may not be done, because maybe no one will do it.
So it shows me that the ones who know and are aware have to act and inform others of what is happening, sharing as much as possible what we know. Humanity must protect itself and stop transmitting all of its existence into space for the Extraterrestrials to dissect us.
The Blessing is upon humanity. Right thinking and right action follow the Blessing; they do not precede it. It is important to manage to receive the Blessing, but for that the Blessing must be acknowledged and recognized.

Upon listening to the talk, I felt mostly peaceful, as I am very focused on acting on Knowledge from moment to moment. I am confident that I will know what to do when it is time to do it because this has been proven to me over and over. Knowledge is silent when things are up to my mind/personality, but Knowledge gets my attention when there is an opportunity that I - my True Self, or Knowledge - doesn't want to pass up.
At present, I am being given many opportunities to assist others in aligning with their inner being, with Knowledge, both formally and informally. I am drawn to support Knowledge in others, and I am learning much by beginning to work within the framework they currently hold and then helping them expand it a bit.
What also came to mind while listening to the talk were my dreams over the past 50 years on this topic and also a special visionary experience of the Great Darkness that I had in 1976 and other experiences that suggest I am preparing for something...
The human personality part of me, of course, is wildly impatient to just get on with it and do it, yet Knowledge is moving me one complete step at a time, and Knowledge within me knows which aspects of all these things are appropriate to discuss with each individual and when each individual is ready for the next thing.
This is what it comes down to for me. To stay tuned, listen, respond... And not let my temporal self cause me to go too fast or feel overwhelmed by the great amount of work to be done.
One barrier to Knowledge is criticism. To support Knowledge in our leaders in government and business, it might help to telepathically state "Knowledge is with you" to them, rather than criticize them for not being with Knowledge. Speaking to or thinking of a person and acknowledging that Knowledge is with them (whether they are with Knowledge or not) can spark Knowledge. Our thoughts do have effects. Mentally I have begun saying or recognizing "Knowledge is with you" when interacting with another person. It can make some sparks.

There are so many messages in this briefing that I will focus on the one I feel is not only necessary but can readily provide benefit to us all.
I have always known since I was a young child (before being indoctrinated by the social school system) what is right and wrong in regards to the way we as humans are living here on our home EARTH. I Am and Was Always aware of how we treat our home and aware that we are not living right in regards to taking care of ourselves and our one and only home, Mother Earth. This planet is our only home. There is nowhere else...this is it! It is time to stop fouling our nest and clean up our home, the way we are living our lives and clean up our planet by living in harmony with it instead of raping and plundering it!
What about your children and their children and their children? Look how our planet has been treated during your short lifetime. What are you teaching them and leaving them by continuing to participate in the lifestyle you live, the lifestyles put forth and perpetuated by the corporations and government who own and control the media designed to get you to voluntarily buy into the matrix illusion of living the "good life" which is merely to create more and more ways of distracting you from knowing anything else but distraction? This is what you must come to understand: distraction is how they control you and keep you from your inner Knowledge. So no matter how hard it may seem in our society with all the easy choices that are put before us, it is our responsibility to make good conscious decisions that will allow and help us take care of ourselves and our home planet Earth.
Stop looking for something to come and save us/you or some changes to happen from anywhere outside of your daily living choices. It ain't going to happen! You're gonna have to save yourself and your time left to do this is running out fast.
It is now a time where your evolution can and will change because you take responsibility for your actions while on this earth. It is your purpose in this time that you are alive to do so. What else could you possibly be here in this time on Earth for? To be sheep, slaves to a race of non-Earth beings who want to take over your planet?
By living in harmony with your home (the earth), you will come to gain the Knowledge that is here for you to know and learn from. Because we have become disconnected from the earth by our lifestyle choices, we are also easily separated from our connection to "Knowledge" which is what those behind the Intervention want.
It is a simple step in the right direction. To climb a mountain of great height, one must start with the first step.
