Is the extraterrestrial Intervention encouraging human conflict? How do the Allies’ Briefings address this? Are you seeing and knowing anything about this from where you stand?

People are being separated, pushed into contention with each other. It seems that the Intervention likes conflict. They endeavor to nurture intractable conflict, cause alienation of whole sections of the population, divide citizens, and drain wealth.
The one nation that could be effective in reversing this (the U.S.) is also being drained by endless conflict, separation, alienation and resentment.
Leaders may not be directly influenced by the Intervention, but those who advise them may be. The public would never know even who these people are. The alienation of public leaders is a powerful way to undermine a nation (so is having individuals commit suicide for a cause).
The Intervention promotes the idea that current human leaders are vile and corrupt, while encouraging particular groups towards violence and war and corruption. This keeps leaders isolated and virtually powerless.
What is the oldest tribal warfare on the planet? Historically, Christianity has encouraged much more martyrdom and war than has Islam. Only recently has Islamic violence increased to such an extreme degree. This violence and war is now being directed against the more powerful nations. The Intervention can only benefit from this. All wars are over resources, masked by religion and politics. Now, competition escalates to the Intervention’s advantage. We must step back to see this.
The Intervention’s strategy seems to be to encourage conflict and division in order to create a greater disposition to yield to their offer of help, to save us in our darkest hour. This is how a transition of power could be accomplished. We should also remember that the Allies also indicate that the Intervention intends to reduce the human population on this planet.
It is difficult to assess what is normal human behavior and what is being encouraged by the Intervention.
There is much media attention given to negative events and trends, but little attention is given to the positive. Now bad news and reports of conflict are broadcast immediately, which has tremendous impact, stimulating reaction. What if there were no media? Would there be less violence?
Intelligence is the ability to learn to adapt and be objective. Knowledge is building native intelligence and objectivity. Television is breaking intelligence down, controlling human thought and behavior. Control appears in the form of either enrolling people in the promise of a better life-more happiness, more possessions, more wealth, more happiness-or discouraging them, fostering feelings of hopelessness and discontent. The same is true of the Internet; it is a great tool for education, but it creates a certain restiveness, making visible the disparity between the haves and have-nots. Although the Internet is connecting us with each other in a certain way, it is destroying our tribal culture.
The media is also being used to promote the gaining of wealth through trade and manipulation, reinforcing the false promise of being wealthier tomorrow, receiving unearned wealth. People now want to make money without working. This is called hope (a big drug), and it is disabling people from engaging in Knowledge. There is too much reassurance, which creates a welfare mentality: God will take care of it. The stock market will take care of it.” People are being pacified and disoriented. We must learn to respond not from hope or fear, but from Knowledge.
The Allies’ message fosters and appeals to our native intelligence, which is Knowledge. Knowledge is the critical element in the Universe.
A recent discourse from the Teachers refers to the Collectives as scavengers, rogue elements. Many worlds avoid or restrict contact with them. The Allies dispel the notion that those visiting us are our neighbors. The Collectives are like highwaymen, opportunistic, competitive, self-interested, motivated by what they can get rather than what they can give (a motivation that is familiar in human interactions). They see our problems as their opportunities.
Whenever there is contact between different worlds, the stronger will dominate. Having contact with opportunists is not wise, for we are a still primitive race who are not using our true intelligence. This is why attempting to send messages out into space to make contact with our neighbors (as is being proposed by SETI) is not intelligent; the Intervention can already hear us.
As the world declines, there is encouragement to associate with off-world sources. This creates a powerful feedback loop. The more people seem to be promised "the keys to the kingdom," the more vulnerable and dependent they become. They will inevitably lose.
Are extraterrestrials encouraging human conflict, and to what extent? We need to stay with this question.
From Allies II:
The more self-sufficient a world can become and the more that it can sustain this self-sufficiency, the stronger and the more independent it will be by nature in the Universe. Often nations become dependent upon Collectives because they have exhausted their fundamental resources and must now rely upon trade and commerce for the very basic things they need to live. This, of course, makes them extremely vulnerable to usurpation, and in many cases they become parts of Collectives themselves or extremely dependent upon them.
With the deterioration of your natural environment and the rapid depletion of your essential resources, you are moving into a position of extreme vulnerability and powerlessness in the Universe. This must become part of your understanding. There is little or no awareness of the realities of life, commerce and manipulation in the Universe amongst your people, even amongst your governments and leaders.

From C.W. in Boulder, CO
Here are some quotes that I felt appropriate in relation to what was discussed in the last Boulder study group in August.
"Humanity has great promise and has cultivated a rich spiritual heritage, but it is without education regarding the Greater Community into which it is emerging. Humanity is divided and contentious within itself, thus making it vulnerable to manipulation and to intrusion from beyond your borders. Your peoples are preoccupied with the concerns of the day, but the reality of tomorrow is not recognized. What profit could you possibly gain by ignoring the greater movement of the world and by assuming that the Intervention that is occurring today is for your benefit? Surely there is not one amongst you who could say this if you but saw the reality of the situation." “A Great Warning” Third Briefing, Allies of Humanity, Book 1
"They will offer what you want and they will speak what you want to hear. They will offer inducements, and they will use your religions and your religious ideals to foster confidence and trust that they, more than you, understand the needs of your world and will be able to serve these needs to bring about a greater equanimity here. Because humanity seems incapable of establishing unity and order, many people will open their minds and their hearts to those whom they believe will have the greater possibility for doing so." "A Great Warning” Third Briefing, Allies of Humanity, Book I
Like all truth, this is no different at its core. It's just, can we be with it? and some will fight against it if it is not convenient to their currently held beliefs, ideas, and especially their ambitions and goals. Read Allies I. Marshall's MUFON 2006 presentation, linked from the Allies website. is amazingly clear and concise. Consider this presentation deeply.
From Gerardo in Puerto Rico
We also need to ask ourselves how far the intervention could go in stimulating conflict in the world. In allies I and II they said the intervention is concerned that humanity will destroy the world and its resources. On one hand, the intruders don't want us to be warlike, but on the other hand, they encourage human conflict; the Middle East is on fire in part because of men, but is the intervention willing to risk all out war in the world so people get so frustrated that sooner or later they will want to yield the world to a "mesianic intervention"? It's true, our native intelligence must be developed, because how can people know what is happening and how to respond?
From Niko in the United Kingdom
I think Briefing 4 of the 1st Allies book, "Manipulation of Religious Traditions and Beliefs", says some important things, that are also in accordance with the recently received "Fate of Nations and Peoples" by MV Summers.
"You will see in the future a ferocity of religious belief expressed in violent ways, carried out against people who disagree, against nations of less strength and used as a weapon of attack and destruction. The visitors would like nothing better than for your religious institutions to govern the nations."
"In all of its manifestations, such influence fundamentally reduces down to acquiescence and submission—submission of will, submission of purpose, submission of one’s life and abilities. Yet this will be heralded as a great achievement for humanity, a great advancement in society, a new unification for the human race, a new hope for peace and equanimity, a triumph of human spirit over human instincts."
So through religion and political advantage, the intervening forces "inspire" the conflicts they need to move their people where they need to be. The whole war on terror thing, 9/11 is clearcut.

What is the potential danger in becoming active in spreading the Allies' message? From Desirea in California
What happens if half the human race does not take notice of the Extraterrestrial Intervention?

Responses to Dana's Question
From Mark and Jeanine in New Mexico
Your question is a valid one that cannot be answered with specifics. The Allies warn us about the real threat to humanity's survival and sovereignty. They also tell us that if we do nothing to stop it the Intervention will be successful in opposition to God's plan for us. It seems that this greater purpose overrides any possible risk to our personal safety. We have been publicly advocating for The Allies message for five years and we have never felt intimidated or threatened. Cultivation of the gift of Knowledge alerts us to use discernment and to be aware of our personal weaknesses in our efforts to disseminate the Allies briefings. The Allies themselves risked their safety when they made their observations and delivered their warning to us. The least we can do is honor their courage and profound sense of responsibility by emulating it in sharing their message with our fellow human beings. From Niko in the United Kingdom
I have had quite a hard time with this issue. I try speak about this when I feel the person might be interested. I let my instincts guide me in regard to how far I can go in informing that person. I know I am walking a fine line. There are at least 4 dangers I can see in spreading the message:- Risk of being put in a mental asylum and being forced to take "medication"- Risk of being physically attacked and harmed by others- Risk of being deceived, duped and being drawn into the wrong circle of people who apparently agree with me but in fact are dangerous to my well-being- Risk of being criminalized.I can only say discretion and discernment should be used in spreading the message, just like Marshall advises.Responses to Desirea's Question
From Spencer in Mich
I am taught that, if only 10% of humanity recognizes and takes action against the visiters, that they would eventually take their leave.Fear not. From Martin in the United Kingdom
As Spencer says, the Allies are clear that just 10% of humanity is enough to prevail over the Intervention. But we can also look at our own history and see that great changes are usually achieved by relatively small groups of committed and dedicated people, exercising great focus and mental power. If we can get to the point where half of humanity does take notice of the Intervention, then I believe we will already have prevailed over the visitors' intentions. From gerardo in Puerto Rico
If 10% of the world population respond, it could be enough to end the intervention. It could sound imposible, but the allies say so. People have to know that if they feel they can do something to counteract the intervention, they must not stop and say, "Oh I can't. I will wait for someone to do something to see how it goes and then perhaps I will do something". Remember that all starts with someone doing something, and if it is with knowledge, better.Return to the Study Group Website
