OCTOBER 2007

Main Question

What would the world look like under extraterrestrial occupation? What do the Allies say about this? What have you seen?

Responses at the Meeting

The Allies treat this question somewhat symbolically. For instance, they say that the forces of the Intervention would treat us the same way we treat domesticated animals. This gives us some sense of what we’re facing.

Freedom is not valued by the visitors; they consider it reckless, irresponsible, and so they seek to foster only conformity and allegiance. In an occupied world, our decisions would be made for us, and there would be a “shrinking Knowledge quotient” here. We would just be an asset to be utilized. From the Intervention’s perspective, we are tribes that need to be managed and controlled to serve the Visitors' interests.

The occupation of this world would not come about all at once. It would be a gradual progression. In fact, most people may never be aware that there is an alien occupation. The Intervention could be complete without us knowing, because it could all appear to be done by humans.

Religion is important to the Intervention, fostering irrational belief and behavior, a justification for human behavior that can be regarded as fulfilling God's will, including conflict. On the one hand there is a pacification program. But those who can't be pacified are set into conflict with each other.

The forces of Intervention will foster human decline—decline of the bases of power, erosion of confidence in human leadership. It will not be a seamless transfer, but an attempt to bring humanity down—and to blame humanity for it. There's a major psychological dimension here: if they can convince us that humanity cannot redeem itself, this creates a vacuum of power and confidence that transfers power to those who want it.

On the way to total occupation, we would become a vast network of compliant people. But we need to realize that the forces of the intervention also regard us as biological resources, not just slaves.

The Allies say that if humanity should fail to thwart the Intervention, the planet will be mined for its resources, people will be corralled to work, and rebels will be alienated or destroyed. The world will be preserved for agricultural and mining interests. Human society will be in subordination to powers beyond our world. Our human population would suffer terribly under such oppressive rule. Our population would be reduced, and management of humanity would be given to those bred to lead within a new order. Human freedom would no longer exist. We would suffer under harsh, exacting foreign rule, in a world that is regarded as a strategic host, a biological storehouse. But if the world exhausts its usefulness to the Intervention, then we will be left bereft. The support of life will have been taken from us, the means of survival will have been stolen.

What is good about humanity that could be lost? The arts, creativity, culture, people doing good things (i.e., we take care of our disabled, sick, elderly). A resistance strategy may be to focus on the goodness in people. The Allies say that our concept of love is incomprehensible to the Intervention. If love is lost or not understood, it would be a great tragedy.

We may be the only forces speaking out against the Intervention on the planet, the only ones who can speak to this. The Intervention has been at work for decades and has made a lot of headway; they have many supporters and few critics. We represent a front in the campaign for a human sovereignty.

What would the world look like under ET occupation? Very much like it would look like under a “New World Order.” If one studies the literature on the rise of the new world order, many of the same things are being promoted:
A drop in population, through famine, genocide, disease, war and terrorism. This eliminates the old and the weak first – those who would make poor slaves. It also has a shock value that stops people from inquiry and investigation - the mind hits overload and people zombie out.
An accompanying crackdown on freedom of speech, the free press (internet), religion and the right of people to peaceably assemble.
The control of mainstream media for propaganda and mind control.
Elimination of search and seizure laws; the elimination of due process.
The next step is the declaration of martial law, elimination of free elections and confiscation of weapons –justified by real or false-flag terrorist attacks.
Does Patriot Act come to mind? Habeas Corpus? What is happening to our Bill of Rights? What happened in Nazi Germany? What is happening in Burma and Darfur today?
A world controlled by the elite, who are controlled by the Intervention – either knowingly or unknowingly – and led by human lackeys and hybrids.
This is what I see under an occupation by the Intervention.
I also see a race that has never resisted fighting, rebellion and sacrifice in the name of freedom. We have to reach those who see what is happening - even if they are unaware of the Intervention - and somehow join forces to rouse people from their pacified stupor and apathy.

At least to begin with, it would look a lot like it does today, as the Intervention manipulates humans to do their work for them. Pacified peoples, especially in the rich West, would continue to be bought off with material trinkets and manipulation of fear; those who have less would be played off against them. Yet a point would be reached where the Intervention's exploitation of humanity would become harder to conceal.
The Allies tell us that some of their worlds failed to respond to their equivalent of the Allies message in time - yet were able to mount successful, if costly, revolutions at a later stage. We must be proud of humanity's fighting spirit, even if it is too often a double-edged sword. Even amidst the tragedies that are playing out across the world today, we should take heart from human beings' ability to fight for their freedom - and give them the vital truth about what they should be fighting for.

What would the world look like under ET occupation? Here are some elements of it.
Establishment of a caste system wherein the hybrids are the superiors, followed by their most ruthless followers, then their representatives and apologists and last, the “unbelievers”, the servant class. “Watch how you talk to your betters”.
Further specialization of the workforce: guards/police, technicians, craftsmen, agriculturers, hard labour workers, childbearers, childrearers. This in such a way that one can only function within one's own group, having no knowledge or proficiency in the others, i.e. by making the use of computers so complex that only a specialized individual (downloaded with the right software) can use them.
Genetic selection of our human race. For instance, one will need authorization to procreate; that is, if/when the ETs don’t opt for in vitro reproduction.
Forced labour subtly being pushed through by criminalizing a big part of the population, overfilling the jails and then claiming the prisoners need to work, otherwise the economy will brake. It’s easy; you wake up, eat a type of porridge and then you’re off to work. Workplace and home will be in the same location. “Hey, that saves you time, doesn’t it?”. Once in your home cell, you will be induced into sleep (by broadcast images, sounds or maybe by the use of some chemical). People will wake up thinking they’re feeling great, no matter what state they’re in.
Savage and extreme behavior from one person to another, violence and mayhem in the streets between different groups, cultures, faiths, tribes (races). This to prove to us that we’re savages, uncivilized and need controlling.
The build-up of a sense of guilt and failure in humanity, so that we feel that we need to make up for something and then offering us the option of making it up through slave labour, which will be called “service to our betters”.

Reader Question

From Gerardo in Puerto Rico

How can people and nations around the world defend themselves against the Pacification Program if very few people know what the Intervention is doing to us?

Responses at the Meeting

Not everyone can defend against the Intervention and the pacification program. Don’t be pacified. If you can understand what the pacification program does, you take a position in opposition to all the manifestations of it. You do not disarm, you do not trust, you do not project, and you learn to read the signs of the world. You see what is being communicated to people from the extraterrestrial presence. This is all conditioning, selling the program of intervention. This is selling the new leadership, setting the conditions for people to gravitate to that leadership—either magnetically, or because they've lost faith in everything else.

Focus on being the native peoples of the world. This is a critical perspective, learning what life and nature have taught us about intervention.

We should not be afraid to be radical. If our position is moderate or restrained, it does not register. The battle is being won by the Intervention out there every day. We are going to have to take a stronger voice, and risk erring on the side of passion and assertion rather than on complacence and moderation. We've got something the rest of the world really needs and doesn't have. Humanity is imperiled. This is part of what could turn the ship. We need to polarize people. We have to be at every UFO conference in the nation.

This study group is important. We have to keep this fire going. Each of us has an audience out there that we're connected to, a bridge that each of us may be able to walk over.

I want to respond to a part of Gerardo's question: How can people defend against the Pacification Program?
Strengthen your own Mental Environment. I have found the Steps to Knowledge Program very beneficial. There are other ways: good Yoga practice is very effective, as well as Chi Kung exercises. This is one of the reasons the New Age movement has been so heavily infiltrated and distorted by the Intervention.
Building the 4 Pillars helps one maintain a wholesome and grounded life.
Communicating/sharing your knowledge of what is going on, discretely and with discernment but persistently and with the necessary devotion.
Listen to nature; look at the plants, at how animals behave. The Intervention is afraid of them and doesn’t really understand their purpose. Actually they can’t stand them. Be an animal, be a savage beast before them and they will retreat. The answers to our problems are all around us. Observe and be inspired. Follow your instincts; they are here for your preservation.
Beware of treachery. People are resisting change and insisting on denial, because they think they have something to gain through this avenue. This has to be clarified somehow. I see it every day, how people are trying to be sly with one another, to outfox each other. Well, if we do that, then some ETs come here and outfox us all.
Follow Knowledge. Practice following Knowledge for your own survival and well-being. This has always been so and will always be so. Some things just don’t change.
Don't be afraid to lose. We're going back Home after this anyway.
The Allies mention how many times their and others’ attempts to contact us have been thwarted. Many of us haven’t responded while having come down here to physical life with that purpose. Don’t rely on somebody else to get the job done. You’ll have to do it yourself, that’s the motto I wish to pass on here.

How can people and nations defend themselves against the Pacification Program?
By all of us who have seen the truth, all who have been touched by Knowledge of our destiny, speaking truth and being a vehicle for Knowledge in the world.
By having no prejudices about which peoples and which nations might be the first to truly organise against the Intervention. A single nation mounting even the beginnings of a response would be awe-inspiring. Even the militarily weakest, poorest and most insignificant nation could go far towards thwarting the Intervention if the power of a free state could be marshalled to say "no".
