What do you think about the French government's recent decision to declassify and make public their UFO files? What is the possible significance of this in light of the Allies briefings?

France is one of the first governments to release such information. France has had a long history of taking UFO reports--from citizens, police, officials, etc. People reporting such encounters have generally not been ridiculed, but have been taken seriously.
On the other hand, French society is mostly closed about discussing this topic. UFO groups need to meet secretly, because they feel unsafe to meet around this subject. Yet France released the COMETA report.
It's hard to know exactly what was released by the French government, and we don't know what they chose not to release. If they simply released the raw data from these incidents, without any real analysis, then the archives may have little value.
Someone in France recently said there's nothing new in the material, that it consists of "the same old stuff." UFO people were reportedly disappointed, because nobody else seemed to read it. Of the 1600 incidents covered, something like 25% were extremely high-level and impossible to explain away.
What was the motive in releasing the information? To encourage other governments to release their information?
Government disclosure could be seen as disempowering to people because it is giving government all the power. People are angry when the government withholds information, and they are angry when they do. Nobody trusts the government.
The world teaches us not to trust our own understanding and experience, that we must rely on outside authorities (this is an example of "learned helplessness"). This is part of the problem of human denial and disempowerment. The process of reuniting with Knowledge is a process of empowerment, not relying on outside sources of information.
It is also worth considering that the disclosure process can be co-opted, and those working toward it are often defeated by the forces of the Intervention. Could the release of the French UFO archives be a form of pacification?
The Mental Environment is so flooded from so many different directions with so many things that people have great difficulty discerning what is relevant (a psy-warfare technique).

Actually Spain disclosed some time ago. France is the second nation to disclose. Hopefully Canada will be next.

I see this as a promising move towards full disclosure. Obviously, it would have more impact if a major government like France analyzed the data and published a conclusion that UFOs exist. It is interesting that in America this item never made any news I am aware of.

A better question to how we feel about the French government's decision would be how have we as a "free" people have let governments keep information secret in the first place. Talk about being pacified. We as students of this work must ask ourselves what is the best way to reveal the truth about this issue? The band-aid approach and reveal it all at once and suffer through some anarchy and upheaveal, or do it slowly and risk being too late...The Allies tell us to be wary and trust our inner truth, mine says this falls short of being the revelation we are all waiting for. Lastly I would be much more interested in what the Vatican is hiding about these issues than any government.

The move by the French goverment could be the first step of many steps to disclose some of the evidence that remain hidden for a long time. We need to ask why they revealed it now, I mean they are not been force by their people to reveal all that, there as to be another reason, it is like the parent who know has a son and after 40 years go to him and say you are my son. I don't think they publish all they have, instead they publish the cases that mantain people between knowing and not knowing. But we expect more from our govertments, people are becoming more open and more mature and world goverments need to tell people the truth, that we are not alone in the universe and in our own world.

The expectation of full disclosure, by governments and/or extraterrestrials, seems to be very widely and deeply held. I tend to expect that someday CNN is going to announce that aliens are here and everybody will believe it. Why do I assume this? What if that day never comes? What if that day only comes after the Intervention becomes the Occupation, when a hybrid leadership is in place and human sovereignty is lost? A quote from Allies Book 2(p 162):"You don't want to wait for the proof [of the extra-terrestrial presence] because then it will be too late. By then, there will be very little recourse. Then people will say, 'Well, the visitors have really taken over everything now. I guess it means that's why they're here!' And what do you do then? Protest? Write letters to your senator? Complain to your friends?"For over fifty years, the extraterrestrial Intervention has remained clandestine. It is at least possible and perhaps highly likely that it will remain so. Perhaps I should stop waiting for authorities to disclose the truth, and ask what I need to do in the face of this quiet invasion?

People who already believe learned nothing new from France - people who don't believe didn't pay attention. The only people talking about France's disclosure are those of us who already know "they" are here.
Why should Intervention forces be any different than human forces? If main stream media - especially USA - disclosure happens, it will be prepared, managed and manipulated like other government announcements. It will be propaganda meant to influence the public in ways that will benefit the powers-that-be/Intervention.
As Students of Knowledge, we can see, know and act on the truth without waiting for disclosure. Those who lack Knowledge will react in whatever way they are programmed to react. We can't wait for them, convince them or depend on them.

No matter what the motivation for France's disclosure or partial disclosure, it is the beginning of the world's recognition that we have a problem. The Teachers of Knowledge tell us that we cannot do anything about a problem until we admit that it exists. We obviously have a long way to go on this level. However, this quote indicates that however slight France's move may seem, it may be helpful."If people can make a connection with those in the government who oppose the Intervention, this would enable our voices to reach people in positions of power and authority. If this can be accomplished, it would be very helpful."Along with this, though, the Allies tell us not to look to our governments to disclose what they know."The governments of the world will not reveal what they know because they have no defense. And the defenses they do have they cannot fully employ without notifying the public, and they do not trust the public, their own populations, to support such an effort without going into panic."That leaves the grassroots movement to spread the word and unite in opposition. The Allies point us in this direction in this quote."Humanity has a great challenge before it and is facing a great risk in its emergence into the Greater Community. Therefore, it is necessary to find the strength that will enable you to unite your peoples and to take your place in the Greater Community as a free and self-determined race. This power must come from within people and must be reinforced by the greater forces for good that exist both within your world and in the Greater Community."
