What Rules of Engagement should humanity establish that would be both wise and acceptable regarding any current and future ET visitations to our world? What do the Allies Briefings recommend in this regard?

The Allies teach us that any ETs who are engaged here are already in violation of the rules of engagement.

Genetic manipulation is a clear violation. While it is true that genetic seeding occurred in our distant past, this was accomplished by races completely different from those intervening now and for totally different reasons. Genetic manipulation by the forces of the Intervention is in preparation to subjugate the human race, not to uplift it to the next higher evolutionary level.

As we are told in Wisdom from the Greater Community (Book II, Chapter 17), we need to remember "At this moment your true allies are not here." This is corroborated in Allies I, pg. 89, and elsewhere. The current Intervention is completely unprecedented in human history.

The Declaration of Human Sovereignty does not explicitly include rules of engagement, although they are implied. We can look to examples in relations between nations in our world. A nation must first establish its sovereignty before diplomatic relationships can be developed. The implication is that we must become united as a sovereign planetary race before we can begin to engage in useful diplomatic relations with races from beyond our sphere. At this stage, diplomatic relations with extraterrestrial races are not possible. Instead, we must depend on Knowledge to guide our interactions.

At the same time, many people feel a pressure or need to engage. Many want contact and even intervention. There is a dawning awareness that the Greater Community is a larger panorama of life, and a certain fascination and desire for a positive outcome propels people to want to establish relations with ETs. Of course, much of this comes from a spiritual yearning and a confused belief that anything from space of the Greater Community is spiritual.

Because of our emphasis on the ethics of contact, some may consider us to be anti-contact. We are not anti-contact, but pro-human. Humanity currently has a very limited understanding of our history and the history of our planet, even of what it means to be human. This makes us very vulnerable in our contact with extraterrestrial forces. Knowledge is the only reliable protection and guide in these circumstances.

The Allies suggest that we should not engage, that we must unite to resist the Intervention and establish our sovereignty. Learning to say "no!" to the Intervention would give humanity confidence, power, and authority. But how can humanity unite with all the injustices in the world. What will shake us out of our complacency? When the safety net gives way, what will people do?

It will be difficult to attain consensus on rules of engagement when so much denial exists in the world. The public awareness of the Intervention is key - once that happens, hopefully humanity's natural instinct to reject and fight anyone foreign and different from themselves will kick in and unite us. (This, of course, is a double-edged sword, since we know there are forces out there who are our allies - a bridge to be crossed in the future.) Our challenge is to promote this unity before things "blow up."

We as a race should not welcome any ET visitation while we have this intervention. We are the ones that must act to stop them. We have support from the allies or Harim, our knowledge and other races that do support the free determination of all races, we should not be afraid of them.

The criteria we should use is to first get rid of this unwanted and abusive intervention and when we have done that then we can decide whom to engage with in trade, commerce, etc. The allies briefings tell us that we need to be wise and selfsuficient with our resources and care for our planet and become united or we will have to engage with the collectives for survival or other unwanted forces from the Greater Community. Here the key is the development of Knowledge so we can know who to engage with when we become a free race.

For more than 60 years there has been a substantive exterrestrial presence on Earth. It has been very secretive and very clandestine. Given this situation the Rules of Engagement must begin with the intruders publicly revealing themselves and their establishments. Then they must give a complete accounting of their activities during their intrusion. Finally, they must leave immediately. Humanity needs to have a global conversation about how to engage with extraterrestrial life forms.

The Rules of Engagement in this part of the Greater Community say that extraterrestrials can remain on the planet with the natives' permission or acquiescence through silence. Humanity must become aware of the situation and demand that the extraterrestrials leave immediately. Bottom line: All extraterrestrials must leave immediately.

The rules of engagement will have to be set by those who cannot be manipulated or influenced by those races that have greater skill in the mental environment. Since Knowledge cannot be persuaded, these humans must have cultivated Knowledge, be spiritually grounded, and think as a group. Perhaps the best answer to this question is in the chapter "Preparing for the Future" in Living the Way of Knowledge:

"...you will be confronted with forces that have greater mental abilities and greater social cohesion. They will be able to think with a group mind. It is only if humanity can develop a group mind based on Knowledge, within small groups of people, that there will be the real possibility of meaningful exchange and the real possibility that you will have the power and the insight to be able to maintain your self-determination amidst the presence of greater forces." (p.127)

First I think we need to be wary of anything that "comes down the tubes". There is a lot of information to be had, and trust me I've had some things revealed to me in strange mental and physical ways. I'm hearing from many sources of integrity the importance of falling in love with the word NO. Im very happy to have found this also in this source of information here where becomming independent and free is first of the list. Like somone above said, we need to get this influence off the planet as soon as possible with our own strength of mind and powers of discernment.
